Often known as the ‘scavengers’ of the pond. They spend a lot of time at the bottom of ponds but in time will surface to feed with other fish. (Please note these fish do not keep your pond clean). Only food that sinks to the bottom of the pond will be consumed. The golden form is easier to see.
